Painting & Small Repairs
If your home's interior is in need of small repairs, we will touch up paint on walls and/or baseboards, and patch nail holes. In the kitchen or bathroom, we will update caulking if needed.
Staging
Take advantage of our professional expertise! If your home is vacant, we will stage it for a quicker sale. If the home is occupied, we will stage it with your existing furniture and belongings to help improve the home's appearance and desirability. Studies show that staged homes sells much faster than unstaged homes. This service is complimentary to all of our clients.
Landscaping
Outside the home, if your yard is in need of some sprucing up, we will bring in bark, plant flowers or decorative foliage, and perform weeding of the outside area. Lawn mowing can be included as well.
Cleaning
We will professionally clean your home for staging, or to get it move-in ready. Services include cleaning floors, baseboards, cabinets, countertops, and other basic interior cleaning. Please note, carpet cleaning vendors are available upon request.
Donations & Junk Removal
If you have furniture or other items to be donated, our team will remove these items for you and drop them off at a local donation center. In addition to this, if there is garbage or items to be thrown away, we will haul them to the dump.
Prep & Sell Program
These services are exclusively provided to you through our Prep & Sell Program. Our mission is to prepare your home to be sold for the highest value possible, and to help your move-in or move-out process to be as smooth as possible. We have a curated list of vendors for all other needs.
